- Since garlic is a natural antibiotic, it can very easily help you if you’re sick. Just take two cloves of garlic, crush them and drink them with lots of water.
- Mix honey, lemon and a little bit of grated ginger to fight against colds and flu. Since honey is a natural antioxidant, lemon is a great antiseptic and ginger has anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties which improve respiratory organs’ work, this mixture is very beneficial for your health.
- To soothe your inflamed throat, put a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink it.
